Your appointment is valuable to us and reserved specifically for you. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 30 % cancellation fee. For cancellations within 24 hours/ no show the fee will be 50% of the service cost. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these policies.
